서비스 이용약관

① These Terms are posted at all times on the official website and service screens, and become effective when users invite the bot to their Discord server or use the service by executing commands, thereby agreeing to these Terms and Privacy Policy.

② The Service Provider may amend these Terms within the scope not violating applicable laws such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions.

③ When amending the Terms, the effective date and reasons for amendment shall be specified and notified through the website or Discord official announcement channels from 7 days before the effective date. However, for content unfavorable to users or significant changes to rights, notice shall be given from 30 days before the effective date, with reasonable individual notification including service alerts.

④ If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms. Users who do not agree to the revised Terms may stop using the Service and terminate the service agreement at any time.

⑤ Matters not specified in these Terms are governed by applicable laws, Discord's Terms of Service, and general trade customs.

① The service agreement is deemed concluded when a user logs in via Discord OAuth2 or adds the bot to their server and executes commands, thereby agreeing to these Terms and Privacy Policy.

② This Service is available only to persons aged 14 or older, in consideration of the Youth Protection Act and certain entertainment and gaming elements. If it is confirmed that a child under 14 has used the Service without authorization, the Service Provider may suspend or destroy the relevant account data without prior notice.

③ Users may immediately terminate (withdraw from) the service agreement at any time by the following methods:

• Per-server Integration Termination: Immediately terminate the per-server integration by kicking or banning the bot from your Discord server
• Valorant Account Deletion: Immediately and permanently delete (Hard Delete) registered authentication and session information by executing the /발로상점 로그아웃 command
• Customer Support Request: Request data deletion and contract termination via the website Contact or official Discord support channel

④ Upon termination of the agreement, the user's personal information and linked data will be safely destroyed without delay in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

① The Service Provider provides users with the following core features:

1. Server Management & Security Tools: CAPTCHA security role verification (/인증), bulk voice channel member movement (/풀링), temporary voice channel auto-generator (/통화방설정), real-time server statistics counter (/서버통계설정), autorole (/autorole), reaction roles (/반응역할), chat speed control (/슬로우모드), channel lock (/채널잠금, /채널청소), custom announcement embed delivery (/임베드), emoji and sticker registration (/이모지스틸, /스티커스틸, /이모지확대), member profile information (/유저정보), and more
2. Anonymous Community (Bamboo Forest): Posting anonymous stories and file attachments with spoilers to the server's Bamboo Forest channel using random dynamic identifiers (ㅇ ㅇ(000.000)) (/대나무숲), reaction emoji interactions, communication threads, and admin private audit log management to prevent misuse (/대나무숲설정)
3. 1:1 Support Ticket System: Automatic opening of private 1:1 consultation channels between users and server administrators, and backing up conversation transcripts upon ticket closure (/티켓설정)
4. Entertainment & Economy Features: Wallet balance check (/지갑), integrated economy dashboard (/경제, /경제활동, /경제관리, /서버운영), mini-games (/운세, /타로, /골라줘, /동전, /가위바위보, /주사위, /베팅, /업다운, etc.) and other daily entertainment features
5. Live Stream & Game Discount Alerts: Real-time detection alerts for CHZZK, SOOP (AfreecaTV), and YouTube live streams and new video uploads (/방송알림), and subscription/lookup for platform-specific (Steam, Epic Games, etc.) lowest-price discounts and limited-time free game giveaways (/게임할인, /무료배포)
6. Valorant Shop Viewer & Alerts: Viewing daily rotation shop, Night Market, and owned currency (/발로상점 확인), and personal Discord DM alerts when wishlisted skins appear in the store (/발로상점 알림등록)
7. Music Streaming: High-quality music playback in Discord voice channels, real-time lyrics, audio DSP filters, and a button-based dedicated music control channel panel (/음악)
8. Level & Activity Leaderboard: Earning chat participation experience points (XP) in the server, leveling, server ranking tables, and automatic role reward distribution upon reaching target levels (/레벨, /레벨순위, /레벨설정)
9. Life Utilities & Convenience Tools: Prize draws (/추첨), private memos (/메모), interactive polls (/투표), smart reminders (/리마인더), team split (/팀나누기), weather (/weather), calculator, shortened links, QR code generation, and more
10. Web Dashboard: Web-based server configuration, announcement, and policy document viewing

② The Service Provider may modify, replace, or discontinue all or part of the Service due to changes in the technological environment, operational needs, or changes in laws and third-party platform policies, and will provide prior notice for matters having significant impact on users.

① The Service is in principle available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, service provision may be temporarily interrupted in the following cases:

1. When there is a technical necessity such as system maintenance, software updates, or server facility repairs
2. When failures, maintenance, or network disconnections occur in external infrastructure and platforms such as Discord API, Lavalink, Supabase, Vercel, and Riot Games
3. When uncontrollable force majeure events occur, such as natural disasters, power outages, or DDoS attacks

② The Service Provider will provide advance notice through announcement channels for planned service maintenance, and may provide post-hoc notice for unavoidable emergency failures.

① The Service Provider may, depending on the severity and frequency of violations, impose warnings, block specific commands, confiscate virtual currency, add accounts or servers to a blacklist, and permanently suspend services if users violate Article 7 (Member Obligations) or Article 8 (Prohibited Activities).

② If urgent security breaches, criminal activities, or activities causing critical service failures are confirmed, immediate sanctions may be taken without prior notice, with the reasons for sanction communicated after the fact.

③ Users may submit grounds for contestation regarding sanction measures, and sanctions may be lifted if valid grounds are recognized.

① Intellectual property rights in the software code, UI design, logos, characters, and text created by the Service Provider belong to the Service Provider.

② Copyright in content entered or posted by users through the Service belongs to the users themselves. However, users grant the Service Provider the right to use such content within the minimum scope necessary for service operation, improvement, bug fixing, and backup.

① All points and currency used in entertainment features within the Service (/지갑, /주사위, /베팅, etc.) are virtual currency only and will not be exchanged or refunded for real money, cryptocurrency, or goods under any circumstances.

② Entertainment features within the Service are nonprofit simulation games for the enjoyment of the Discord community and do not constitute gambling activities under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts.

③ The Service Provider may reclaim or adjust virtual currency for legitimate operational reasons such as balance adjustments, cheating countermeasures, and season resets, and bears no monetary compensation liability for such actions.

① The music feature (/음악) is a tool for relaying and outputting publicly available audio streams from external platforms to voice channels. Responsibility for copyright infringement or usage rights of the audio requested by users rests with the users themselves.

② The temporary voice room auto-generator (/통화방설정) is a management tool that automatically opens personal voice channels when users enter the trigger channel and automatically deletes them when all participants leave.

③ The Service Provider does not record, listen to, collect, or store users' microphone voice conversations in voice channels and temporary voice rooms, and the bot only sends (outputs) audio signals without receiving audio data.

① Bamboo Forest Operating Principles: Stories posted in the public Bamboo Forest channel are displayed with a random dynamic identifier (ㅇ ㅇ(000.000)) instead of the actual username, and users can reissue their identification number at any time. Spoiler (blur) masking can be applied when registering photos and attachments.

② Access to and Responsibility for Audit Logs: Private audit logs can only be viewed by server staff with administrator permissions on the relevant Discord server. The Service Provider may ban users who violate applicable laws and Discord Community Guidelines or permanently restrict their service usage. All civil and criminal legal liability for malicious illegal acts rests with the author.

③ 1:1 Support Ticket System: Ticket channels opened by users through the inquiry panel (/티켓설정) are a private consultation space between server staff and users. To facilitate smooth dispute resolution and record preservation upon inquiry closure, the full conversation transcript (Transcript text file) may be transmitted to and stored in the server administrator's audit log channel.

① Purpose and Nature: The Valorant shop viewer (/발로상점) is an unofficial third-party convenience feature that allows users to check their daily rotation shop, Night Market, and remaining currency within Discord without launching the game client, and receive wishlist skin alerts.

② Trademark and Intellectual Property Attribution: VALORANT and Riot Games are registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. All intellectual property related to Valorant, including game assets, weapon skin illustrations, and names, belongs to the original rights holder, Riot Games, Inc.

③ Principles of Security and Authentication Information Processing:

1. The Service Provider never permanently stores users' Riot account passwords on servers or in databases. Passwords are used solely for one-time communication to issue authentication tokens and are permanently erased from memory immediately upon token issuance.
2. The session cookie (ssid) used to maintain integration is securely stored in encrypted form using high-strength symmetric-key encryption (AES-256-GCM) compliant with PIPA Article 29.
3. Users may choose the cookie login method (/발로상점 쿠키로그인) that does not require a password, and can permanently delete all stored integration data at any time via the /발로상점 로그아웃 command.

④ External Endpoint Dependency and Disclaimer:

1. This feature operates based on Riot Games' unofficial in-game client communication endpoints; therefore, shop lookups may fail or alerts may be delayed or missed due to Riot Games' policy changes, API blocks, two-factor authentication requirements, or session expiration without prior notice.
2. The Service Provider bears no legal liability for shop information omissions, alert failures, or various issues arising with user accounts due to the reasons in Subparagraph 1, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
3. Users use this feature based on their own voluntary judgment and responsibility, understanding the characteristics of unofficial client API integration.

① Creator Live Stream Alerts: Real-time stream alerts (/방송알림) monitor public data from external broadcast platforms such as CHZZK, SOOP (AfreecaTV), and YouTube to relay stream start and video upload notifications. The Service Provider bears no liability for alert delays or omissions due to external platform policy changes, traffic restrictions, or maintenance, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Copyrights for broadcast thumbnails and names belong to each creator and original rights holder.

② Game Discounts and Free Giveaway Information: Game information (/게임할인, /무료배포) is an unofficial convenience feature that aggregates and provides public data from Steam, Epic Games, GOG, etc. Since actual purchase conditions on selling platforms—including prices at time of purchase, out-of-stock status, and early promotion closures—may differ, users must verify directly on the relevant platform before making a final purchase.

③ External Bot Voting Platform Integration Benefits: Boost benefits provided through external platform votes such as Korean Discord List (KoreanBots)—such as permanent 10-slot expansion of Valorant wishlist, 2x attendance rewards, etc.—may be adjusted according to service operational policies and external voting platform policies. If it is detected that voting benefits were obtained through abnormal macros or fraudulent means, benefits may be reclaimed and usage restricted without prior notice.

① If either party causes actual damage to the other party by willfully or with gross negligence violating these Terms, the party at fault shall compensate for damages within the scope of ordinary damages.

② The Service Provider is exempt from liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws for free services and bears no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless there is intent or gross negligence.

③ The Service Provider is exempt from liability if services cannot be provided or damages occur due to the following reasons:

1. Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, DDoS attacks, and network failures
2. Policy changes, access blocks, or service failures of third-party platforms such as Discord, Riot Games, Lavalink, Supabase, and Vercel
3. Damages arising from users' own fault (negligent account management, password disclosure, Terms violations, etc.)
4. Damages attributable to the reliability or accuracy of information entered or registered by users in the Service

① All core features of the current Service are provided free of charge. If paid services such as premium plans are introduced in the future, the Service Provider will clearly notify users of usage fees, payment methods, and refund policies in advance separately.

② When paid services are introduced, the Service Provider will guarantee users' lawful right of cancellation (청약철회) pursuant to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Content Industry Promotion Act.

① The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply as the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms and all disputes related to the use of the Service.

② In the event that litigation is brought regarding disputes arising from the use of the Service, the court with jurisdiction pursuant to the Civil Procedure Act shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
